Our staff of Registered Nurses with certifications in occupational health and medical case management provide a comprehensive and highly effective approach to the control of risks related to workers' compensation, medical insurance, absenteeism and productivity.

Establish occupational health services to treat employee illnesses and injuries within the company setting
Design and coordinate the establishment of either free standing or hospital based occupational clinics
Provide policies and procedures including but not limited to pre-placement health screening, drug testing and medical surveillance which meet regulatory and statutory requirements
Determine cost-effective utilization of Employee Assistance Programs
Institute disability management programs to reduce lost time
Design and implement Substance Abuse Programs which integrate business, human resource, medical and statutory requirements, and are known to be cost effective to industry.
Evaluate the management and treatment of work-related injuries and provide solutions for cost containment
Evaluate cost effectiveness of establishing an occupational health service
Develop an accountability system for the cost-effective use of in-house or external health care providers
Provide utilization review services of health care providers
Provide comprehensive medical case management from onset of injury to claim closure
Conduct ergonomic surveys that identify high risk groups in your business
Develop solutions to fit your needs which minimize cumulative trauma disorders
Provide conservative alternatives to costly engineering modifications or replacements
Develop essential functions of the job as mandated by the Americans with Disability Act and OSHA
