The Stockman Group (TSG) provides Third-Party Administration for both self-insured and "unbundled" insured employers. Our workers' compensation administration management staff are required to be Certified Workers' Compensation Administrators with a minimum of five years experience. Each client is guaranteed one administrator actively handling cases. We have reduced costs significantly for every client for whom we have administered claims.

Services include:

Utilization of a designated unit approach, giving the employer immediate personalized access to the staff managing the entire case load

Claims administrators handle no more than 175 open indemnity files

Litigation costs are significantly lower than the industry standards due to the use of highly qualified and certified administrators

85% of all claims are closed within one year of policy year end

Our opening to closing claims ratio is 97% for established claims loads

Proactive management of legitimate claims while curbing abuses of the system through aggressive claims investigation and administration is guaranteed

Quarterly claims review with the supervisor managing the account and the availability of the file

Integrated services provided by in-house occupational health, ergonomic, industrial hygiene and safety professionals are available

Utilization of PC-based computer system which allows for look-up capabilities for the client or insurance company administrator

Electronic data transfer capability in lieu of hard-copy Loss Runs where appropriate is available

Loss Runs distributed by the 10th of each month

Check Registers provided weekly as appropriate

TSG provides utilization of all available cost containment programs, i.e., medical and pharmacy bill review, PPO hospitals and diagnostic testing facilities, etc.
