BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Judith Stockman is President of The Stockman Group. The Company works with both the public and private sectors in workers' compensation risk management administration, occupational health, and loss control and prevention. In addition to her business and administrative responsibilities with the Company, Ms. Stockman retains direct responsibility for overseeing both the workers' compensation and occupational health divisions of The Stockman Group.

Prior to becoming President of The Stockman Group, Ms. Stockman was divisions loss control manager for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, NI Industries, Inc. For 11 years, she was directly responsible for occupational health, safety and industrial hygiene, and the self-insured/self-administered workers' compensation program for five California based divisions. Under her direction, workers’ compensation costs were decreased by more than 50% during this period.

Ms. Stockman is a certified adult nurse practitioner, certified occupational health nurse specialist, and a California certified workers' compensation administrator. She received her undergraduate education at the University of Southern California and completed graduate programs at California State University Long Beach and the University of California, Los Angeles.

She is nationally recognized as a lecturer and author, both in workers' compensation and occupational health.

Ms. Stockman was responsible for program coordination and was the instructor for the Certificate Program in Workers' Compensation Law at the University of California, Irvine. She currently teaches both workers' compensation law and occupational health nursing at University of California, Los Angeles and University of California, Berkeley.

She is past president of the California State Association of Occupational Health Nurses. She was also named in the Marquis 14th Edition of Who's Who of American Women, the Who's Who in Professional and Executive Women, and is extremely active in numerous professional, educational, and community activities.
