BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Linda Ciruzzi is a medical case manager for The Stockman Group. Her primary responsibilities involve medical case management. Stockman Group. Her primary responsibility is the medical management of workers compensation claims.

Ms. Ciruzzi brings with her an extensive background in workers’ compensation and employee health. Previously, Ms. Ciruzzi was the corporate administrator for the workers’ compensation program for a recognized Southern California renowned health care provider. She managed the workers’ compensation claims for this self-insured firm both medically and administratively. She directed the centralized functions of the program, acted as an internal consultant to company management, and designated and implemented costs containment programs. Additionally, Ms. Ciruzzi has management and practical experience in Employee Health which includes designing and implementing employee health policies, as well as procedures and practices. compensation medical case management, having worked for two national medical review companies. She has experience in dealing with various jurisdictional guidelines as part of her role as a medical case manager.

She received her ADN from Southwestern College. Ms. Ciruzzi is a California licensed registered nurse. In addition, she has completed extensive course work at California State University, Dominguez Hills in Health Care and is a California Certified Workers’ Compensation Administrator.

Ms. Ciruzzi is past secretary for the Association of Hospital Occupational Health Professionals and an active member of Rehabilitation Nurse Coordinators Network and Case Management Society of America, both on the local and national levels.
