BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Ted C. Johnson is the Executive Vice President of The Stockman Group. Mr. Johnson specializes in management of safety, industrial hygiene and environmental issues. In addition to providing services in these areas, Mr. Johnson has direct responsibilities for oversight of all the safety, industrial hygiene, and environmental activities of the Company.

Mr. Johnson brings 20 years of experience in the areas of safety, industrial hygiene and environmental management to The Stockman Group. His extensive career includes such positions as regional coordinator of safety and industrial hygiene for Texaco's Western divisions; manager of safety and health programs for Rohr Industries; and manager of industrial hygiene for Caterpillar Tractor Company in Peoria, Illinois.

During the last five years, Mr. Johnson has specialized in integrating safety and industrial hygiene activities with the workers' compensation claims management process. To increase his skill in this area, he has completed the certificate program in workers' compensation law and claims administration through the University of California, Irvine. Mr. Johnson teaches Industrial Hygiene at both University of California, Irvine and California State University, Long Beach.

Mr. Johnson holds a masters of science degree in public health with an emphasis in environmental science and analytical chemistry. He is board certified in the comprehensive practice of industrial hygiene by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. He is also board certified in the comprehensive practice of safety by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Mr. Johnson is certified by the state of California in accordance with EPA AHERA Guidelines for Building Inspection and Management Planning for Asbestos. In addition, Mr. Johnson is a designated Naval Aviator with the rank of Commander.
